Job Description:
Hays Education are working in partnership with Primary Schools based in Tameside. Hays are recruiting for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants for September 2013. These roles are on a temporary and day-to-day supply basis. These roles can often lead to long term or permanent placements.
You will need to be professional and flexible in your approach to work in order to support children in varied classroom environments working with groups and individuals.
It is crucial you are able to work on your own initiative and you are confident with your knowledge of the varied earning styles and curriculum. In addition to this you will be required to work as part of a teaching team and potentially alone in order to aid the progression of all children within an education environment.
Working on a temporary and day-to-day basis will give you the opportunity of more flexible working hours along with allowing you to work in a variety of settings and choose which setting you are most suited to.
To be considered for these roles you must:
- Have recent experience of working within an educational environment (and be able to provide references)
- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Have a Level 3 qualification in Learning and supporting or Childcare.
