Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant for an exciting Secondary school based in East London. F&R are seeking a passionate, motivated and driven Teaching Assistant who is very reliable, encouraging and passionate.

* An Experienced Teaching Assistant.
* Able to inspire and motivate children of mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence In all subjects.
* A strong classroom manager with the ability to use inspiration techniques to create order and deal with challenges
* A great role model with a real sense of responsibility for the outcomes for the children
* Used to working as part of a team to enhance the overall abilities of children across the school
* Approachable and have a calm and communicative approach to problem solving/ help with SEN.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to makes learning fun, inspiring and encourage results
You will:
* Hold a valid CRB (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Be flexible with hours.
