Teaching Assistants in Southampton, Hampshire needed for September
Are you a Teaching Assistant who is looking to build up your experience whilst gaining flexibility and exposure to local schools?
Hays Education are currently working with a number of schools across Southampton and the surrounding areas who want regular long term or day to day supply teaching assistants to make a positive impact in their schools.
We can offer teaching assistant jobs ranging from day to day cover through to long term roles and even permanent teaching assistant jobs. Whether you have not yet found a job for the new term or want to experience a variety of schools, supply teaching assistant jobs are a great way to gain more experience and develop your teaching assistant skills.
We will ensure you get the most out of your time as a supply teaching assistant. With day to day cover needed on a regular basis and posts still to fill for September, now is a great time to register with us before it's too late!
You will:
- Have previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant before with children between 7 - 16 years old
- Have own transport preferably (but not essential)
- Have a recent enhanced CRB check
- Have experience of working with children/young adults with EBD, Autism or Aspergers an advantage
- Have experience of working with children/young adults on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
